"Decent food, but not much to choose from"
The food is fine, but the weird part is the menu feels limited. After a couple visits, I feel like I’m just ordering the same things over and over, and it gets a little boring.

"The food was okay, nothing amazing but not…"
The food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. But the dining area was kind of a mess. The tables were sticky, the floor looked like nobody had bothered to clean it, and the trash bin was completely full. I get that places get busy, but they really should’ve kept up with the cleaning.

"Not My Best Bojangles Run"
I usually enjoy Bojangles', but this last order was kind of a letdown. The chicken was dry, the biscuit was way too salty, and the fries were cold by the time I got them. Like, give me a break, cold fries and a salty biscuit are not a great combo. It wasn’t the worst meal ever, but I definitely didn’t enjoy it much this time.

"Quick and Easy Lunch Stop"
I stopped by the drive-thru on my lunch break and, it was easy. The line moved faster than I expected, and the lady at the window was really nice. My order was all there too, which is always a plus. The fries were hot and the biscuit tasted fresh. So yeah, no complaints from me, just a solid quick stop...

"Quick service and friendly counter staff"
The folks at the counter were really nice, and my food came out fast. Overall it was a good experience. I’d definitely consider coming back, especially if they’re willing to make it worth it with a small comp or discount next time

"Pretty smooth overall"
I’ve used it a few times now, usually when I’m trying to squeeze in errands or don’t feel like wandering around the store too long. The pickup process has been simple enough, and I haven’t really had to wait around much. I will say, the orders have mostly shown up on time too, which is probably the part I appreciate most.

"Solid breakfast, even if the line is a bit much"
I stop by Bojangles for breakfast often, it usually comes through. The biscuits are warm, the chicken tastes fresh, and the coffee is decent enough. The line can look annoyingly long sometimes, which is not exactly what I want to deal with in the morning, but to be fair, they usually move it along quickly. For the price, it’s a good breakfast, and I’ll keep going back.

"Fresh and still hot"
I ordered pickup through Bojangles.com it went smoothly. The chicken tasted fresh, and the biscuits weren’t all dry or crumbly, which was a nice surprise.
By the time I got home, everything was still warm too. The fries could’ve been a bit hotter, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the meal or anything. I’d probably order this way again. That’s it.

Ordered through bojangles.com for pickup and somehow they still messed it up. I was missing a side and got the wrong biscuit, even though the bag had my name on it, so it wasn’t like some mix-up with another order. Seems like nobody bothered to check it before handing it out. The food was fine, but these clowns need to do better because it’s really annoying getting home and realizing half your order is wrong. This has happened more than once now.

"Sweet Tea Was a Letdown"
I usually really like Bojangles’ sweet tea, so I was kind of disappointed this time. It tasted watered down and not very fresh, like it had been sitting around a while. It was still drinkable, but definitely not the sweet tea I was expecting. They always make it sound like you’re getting that classic, fresh Bojangles tea, but that’s a vague promise if it depends this much on the location or time of day

I’ve been to a few bojangles locations, it’s pretty much the same deal every time. The food comes out hot, my order’s right, and the staff keeps things moving even when the line is ridiculous. If I keep ending up back there, I’m blaming them for being so consistent.

I stopped by before work and almost judged it by the line, like my brain instantly went, “yep, this is going to take forever.” But it moved way faster than I expected. My food came out quick and was still hot, which was a nice surprise. Definitely one of the smoother drive-thru runs I’ve had lately

I’ve reached out about this already, but the issue still isn’t really resolved. It’s frustrating because I keep expecting it to be fixed, and then it’s still the same problem. I’ve had to deal with this more than once now, it’s getting annoying. The problem is still there, and it just feels like nothing has actually changed

“Bojangle is a legit place. I think when this virus passes, it would be better to go inside to get fresh chicken because they are sending out the old and hard chicken to customers. I can tell that the workers don't care about keeping customers coming back.”
